Customize your licensed project

A PowerPHP product license permits using the purchased files in the website or project and number of sites allowed by your checkout agreement. PowerPHP expressly authorizes editing its HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related template files to implement that licensed project. You may make private working and backup copies.

You may build a website for a client within the purchased site allowance. The client may use that finished website; the template source must not be offered to other clients as a separate product. Give contractors access only as needed for that project. Contact support before deploying beyond your site allowance.

Protect the source and third-party rights

You may not resell, sublicense, give away or publish the PowerPHP template source as a template, starter kit, source-code library or competing product. Do not share download credentials, license keys or private download links. A finished website may display its normal public assets; that does not permit distributing a reusable source package.

Respect copyright and license notices. Components distributed under an open-source license remain governed by that license, including any rights it gives you. Demo media, fonts and other third-party assets may require separate permission. Check the documentation and notices included in the actual package; a screenshot is not proof that a third-party asset license is included.

All Access and license duration

All Access covers the PowerPHP-owned products included in your purchased bundle, subject to its site allowance. It does not include independent authors’ products. New downloads, updates and included support require an active entitlement.

After an ordinary subscription expiry, PowerPHP permits continued use of lawfully downloaded files on already licensed sites, subject to the applicable agreement and third-party notices. A refund or license cancellation may revoke the related entitlement. Buying a lifetime license does not mean lifetime hosting, custom development or third-party services.

Check the agreement for your order

The product-specific license and purchase agreement shown in Freemius checkout apply to your order. Read the All Access EULA for bundle purchases. This guide gives PowerPHP’s express customization permission and explains our general restrictions; it does not replace mandatory law or third-party open-source licenses.

A ThemeForest purchase stays governed by the Envato license selected for that purchase. An independent author’s product uses that author’s stated license. Do not assume that a license from one store creates a membership or extra site allowance in another store.

Before and after your purchase

Read the product requirements, included-file list and live demo before buying. Ask support@powerphp.de if your intended use or site allowance is unclear. Product support covers the supplied files and reproducible defects within your entitlement; custom development and hosting are separate.

Keep a copy of your receipt and the license documents supplied with your order. If the description and delivered package differ, contact us with the order reference so we can investigate. Your mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.
