1. Website operator and contact

PowerPHP operates powerphp.de and publishes its own digital templates and software. Public contact address: Anne Street South, Dublin, Ireland. For product questions, complaints, billing assistance or privacy requests, contact support@powerphp.de. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

PowerPHP is the trading name used on this website. Independent authors are identified on their own product listings. A marketplace listing does not make PowerPHP the developer or seller of an independent author’s product.

2. Website use and orders

These terms cover the PowerPHP website, PowerPHP-owned products and our All Access membership. Product-specific descriptions, license files and the terms displayed before payment also apply. Read the product requirements and try the live demo before ordering. If you order for a business or client, you must have authority to do so.

Use accurate account and billing details. Keep your sign-in information private. Do not use the website to distribute malware, infringe rights, submit fraudulent information or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse or suspend an account where reasonably necessary, without removing rights you have under applicable law.

3. Digital products and delivery

Our products are downloadable digital files; no physical goods are shipped. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, an HTML template is a frontend design, not a hosted service or a working backend. Authentication, payment processing, databases and other server functions require your own implementation. Demo photographs, fonts, integrations and other third-party resources may have separate licenses or may be excluded from the download.

After a successful Freemius order, use the purchase email and customer portal to obtain your license and available releases. We do not operate a separate PowerPHP customer download library. If access is missing, contact us with the order reference; do not send passwords or full card details.

4. Checkout, prices and taxes

For purchases processed through Freemius, Freemius acts as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. It handles the payment transaction, applicable transaction taxes and purchase documents. PowerPHP remains responsible for its products and product support. The currency, billing interval, license allowance, taxes and final amount are shown at checkout before you pay.

The applicable Freemius purchase agreement governs that transaction; these website terms supplement it. If they conflict, the Freemius purchase agreement takes precedence for the Freemius transaction, subject always to mandatory law. See All Access EULA and the product-specific agreement linked in checkout. A price shown on a product card is not a promise that taxes are included.

5. All Access subscriptions and cancellation

All Access includes PowerPHP-owned products added to the purchased Freemius bundle. Independent marketplace authors’ products are excluded. The current included products and license allowance are determined by the plan you purchase; membership does not give unlimited site licenses or ownership of the source materials.

Monthly and annual memberships renew automatically at the billing interval and renewal amount disclosed in checkout unless canceled. Manage billing and cancel future renewals in the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and normally leaves the license active until the end of its paid term. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.

After expiry, access to new downloads, updates and included support ends. PowerPHP permits continued use of files lawfully downloaded during an active license on already licensed sites, subject to the product license, third-party notices and restrictions below. This does not authorize new sites, redistribution or new product downloads after expiry. Failed payments, refunds or canceled licenses may affect access as described in the purchase agreement.

6. Refunds and consumer rights

PowerPHP All Access has a 14-day defect-based money-back guarantee. If a defect makes the purchased product’s material functions unusable, contact us within 14 days of the original purchase and cooperate with support. If we cannot resolve the defect, we will provide a full refund or a non-defective replacement under the purchase agreement. This guarantee does not cover a change of mind, missing features or incompatibility with third-party products. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Individual product purchases follow the refund policy shown in their own checkout. Where that policy permits a first-purchase refund within 14 days before download, requests after download are discretionary. A renewal, upgrade or additional license does not start a new discretionary refund period unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.

Send your order reference and the reason for your request to support@powerphp.de, or use the support details in your Freemius receipt. Explain any defect or delivery problem so we can investigate and offer the remedy that applies. Do not provide payment-card numbers. Approved transaction refunds are administered through the payment provider.

If consumer withdrawal rights apply to an immediately supplied digital download, losing those rights requires the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Merely visiting this website or reading these terms does not waive a withdrawal right. Nothing here removes mandatory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered digital content.

7. License, support and updates

Products are licensed rather than sold outright. See our licensing guide, the product’s included notices and the agreement shown at checkout. PowerPHP authorizes modification of its template files for your licensed website or client project. You may not resell the template source, publish a download mirror or turn it into a competing template product. Open-source components retain their own license rights.

Support covers questions about the supplied files and reproducible product defects during the support entitlement of your plan. Custom development, installation, hosting, third-party services and changes made by you are excluded unless separately agreed. We do not promise a particular response time, delivery roadmap, lifetime support or compatibility with every environment. These support limits do not limit mandatory remedies.

8. Independent authors and other marketplaces

An independent author’s checkout, delivery, license and support conditions are identified on that listing or checkout. Purchases made on ThemeForest or another marketplace remain subject to that marketplace’s purchase terms and account system; they are not automatically transferred into a PowerPHP subscription.

Seller listing approval and customer All Access are separate services. Do not send cryptocurrency or any listing fee without separate payment instructions and clear written service terms from PowerPHP. The customer membership does not include seller listing membership.

9. Availability, responsibility and changes

Keep your own backups and test a product in a suitable staging environment before deploying it. You are responsible for your hosting, configuration, content and third-party integrations. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately and correct reported errors. We cannot promise uninterrupted website availability or that a template meets every individual requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. Changes to this page apply to future website use and future orders; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. The purchase agreement and any legally required notice govern changes to an existing subscription.

Please contact support@powerphp.de first about a complaint so we can try to resolve it. You retain access to any court, regulator or dispute process available to you under mandatory law.

10. Privacy and personal information

PowerPHP is responsible for the personal information it processes to operate this website. Contact support@powerphp.de at the address above about your information or to exercise applicable privacy rights.

Browsing generates technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information and security logs. Seller registration and profile forms collect the name, email address, password hash and details you submit. Newsletter registration stores the submitted email address. Product reviews, seller submissions and support correspondence contain the information you choose to provide.

We use this information to provide requested accounts and services, respond to support, manage listings, send requested news, prevent abuse and maintain necessary records. The relevant legal basis is performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where required. Newsletter sign-up is optional; ask us to unsubscribe you at any time.

Freemius operates checkout and the embedded customer portal and processes payment and customer information under its own privacy policy. We receive order, license and subscription information needed for product delivery, support and sales records; PowerPHP does not store your full payment-card details. Hosting and mail providers process information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

We retain information only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal record-keeping or resolving a dispute. Relevant records may remain in restricted backups until those backups expire. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission or your competent local supervisory authority.

The website uses session and security cookies needed for forms and sign-in. The embedded portal and checkout use their own cookies and browser storage. When website measurement is enabled, optional analytics and advertising tools load only after your choice in Cookie settings. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent browsing or purchasing. External demos and links operate under their own policies.

Freemius and other service providers may process information outside your country. See their policies for their processing locations and transfer safeguards. Information submitted for publication, such as an approved author profile or product review, is visible publicly; do not include private credentials or sensitive information in it.

11. Optional analytics and advertising measurement

When enabled and accepted in Cookie settings, Google Analytics 4 measures visits, product views, demo opens and checkout starts. Google Tag Manager manages the Google tags. Microsoft Clarity provides heatmaps and session recordings on eligible public pages; page text is masked, and recordings are not installed in our administration, seller, sign-in or embedded customer portal pages. These tools can receive device, browser, interaction and network information, including an IP address, and may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Analytics and recordings require the analytics choice. Advertising measurement and personalization require the separate advertising choice. Optional tracking defaults to off. Cookie settings lets you reject, accept selected purposes or accept all, and withdraw consent later. We remember your choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days. Withdrawing a choice reloads the page and removes supported first-party measurement cookies. Provider retention and deletion rules also apply to data already received.

We use measurement to understand website use and improve products and campaigns, with consent as the basis for optional tracking. Campaign links may contain campaign labels and advertising click identifiers. We do not intentionally send form entries, payment-card details, passwords, license keys or email addresses to our website analytics. Hosted Freemius checkout and external demo sites have their own privacy controls. Checkout starts are not completed purchases.

Google and Microsoft may process data internationally under their applicable terms and safeguards. Provider IDs, actual activation and retention settings must be maintained consistently with these disclosures.
