Parlora adds a live chat widget and shared team inbox to WordPress. Manage website conversations with assignment, internal notes, tags, saved replies and file attachments. Working hours, an offline form and email notifications help your team follow up.
Visitors can also open a direct WhatsApp conversation. WhatsApp messages are handled in WhatsApp, not in the Parlora inbox. Requires WordPress 6.4 or newer and PHP 8.1 or newer.
