WHMCS Themes

Plan your hosting client area with a clear guide to WHMCS system themes, order-form templates and compatibility checks.

No WHMCS theme is currently published here

Our hosting HTML templates are separate website frontends, not installable WHMCS themes. Check the included files and platform requirements before choosing a product.

What a WHMCS theme changes

A WHMCS theme changes interfaces within WHMCS. A system theme controls the client-facing account area, while order-form templates control the ordering and cart experience. Your public hosting website can have a separate design and technology stack. A hosting homepage built in HTML is not automatically a WHMCS system theme.

PowerPHP has no published installable WHMCS theme in this category yet. This page is a planning resource until a genuine WHMCS release is available. Our hosting HTML products should be evaluated as website frontends, with any WHMCS integration handled separately.

Decide which screens you need

Start by writing down the customer journey: reading a service description, selecting a package, placing an order, paying an invoice and returning to the client area. Identify which screens belong to the marketing website and which belong to WHMCS. This gives you a concrete scope when comparing theme packages or asking an author about included templates.

The WHMCS theme buying guide provides a fuller checklist for system themes, order forms, compatibility and rollout testing.

Compare packages by requirements

  • Confirm the exact WHMCS versions supported by the release you plan to download.
  • Ask whether the package is a parent theme, child theme, order-form template or a combination.
  • Read requirements for modules, languages and any separately licensed components.
  • Test responsive navigation, forms, validation feedback and long content in the demo.
  • Check how custom changes are maintained when the underlying product is updated.
  • Confirm the site's license allowance, support entitlement and update access before paying.

Plan the public website separately

A WordPress marketing site is useful when your team wants a content-management workflow. An HTML frontend may fit a developer-led project with a custom backend. Neither choice removes the need to configure and test WHMCS itself.

Compare WordPress themes and HTML hosting templates according to their actual product types. For an explanation of that choice, read WordPress theme or HTML hosting template?.

Test before switching a customer-facing theme

Use a suitable test installation and follow the vendor's documentation. Check the flows your business relies on, including account access, service pages, invoice display, ticket interfaces and orders using your configured modules. A successful visual preview is not a test of payment processing or hosting provisioning.

Keep backups, document your customizations and have a rollback plan. Ask the author to clarify any compatibility or included-file question that is not answered on the product page. We do not claim compatibility for a product that has not been released and verified.

For the platform's own definitions, see WHMCS theme documentation.
