About this product
Televixo adds a live chat widget to your WordPress website. Visitors can start a conversation without a Telegram account, while your team replies in Telegram or the WordPress inbox. Conversations are stored in your own database.
Includes an inbox with team routing, internal notes and canned replies, targeting and welcome flows, file uploads, business hours, reports and translation support.
Requires WordPress 6.7+, PHP 8.2+, MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.4+, HTTPS and a Telegram bot. Telegram is a trademark of its owner; Televixo is not affiliated with Telegram.
